Luxury Destination Wedding Planners in Italy

As someone who works in events, my standards for design and production are incredibly high.

When my husband and I decided on a multi-day, black-tie wedding at Il Borro in Tuscany, I knew I needed a partner who wasn’t just a coordinator, but a true advocate for my vision. Giulia exceeded every expectation.

Where do I even begin?! CheChic is an absolute DREAM TEAM. We got married in Siena, Italy (in August 2024) and they made sure it was nothing short of magical! After talking with multiple wedding planners to find the right fit, as soon as I met Alessandra I knew she was the right person for us. They truly went above and beyond to turn our wildest dreams into reality, and then some! We had 3 events (welcome party, wedding day, and goodbye brunch/pool party). Planning a destination wedding felt overwhelming at first, but Alessandra made it easy and fun. Their enthusiasm, creativity, and incredible attention to detail blew us away at every turn.

As for the planning process, I do not think I expected to have half as much fun and ease during this process when Michael and I first decided to celebrate our wedding in Italy, as it can be a little scary planning a destination wedding! We were nervous about how it would go, so finding the best planner was a vital step in our planning process. When we had our first interview it was an instant connection, and I knew that I could not trust anyone with our wedding that was not Alessandra and the Chechic team.

After interviewing over twenty planners, I finally found Alessandra and knew within minutes of our first call, she was the most perfect person to bring our wedding dreams to life. As a type A person, I was looking for someone organized, experienced but still creative and open to my ideas. Alessandra was all of that and more. Not only was she so meticulously on top of every single detail of the planning process, but she was also the most kind, patient and reassuring person over the past year and a half. Choosing Alessandra and her team was the best decision we could have made and I cannot recommend her enough.

Looking back, I would do it all over again in a heartbeat, and I wouldn’t want anyone else by my side except Alessandra and her amazing team.
