The Story

Founded by Alessandra Marchetti in 2013, CheChic! was born from her passion for design, organization, and the art of celebration. Since then, we have been curating couture-style weddings in Italy for couples from around the world, modern romantics who believe their love deserves to be celebrated with intention, style, and soul.

Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that no two love stories, and therefore no two weddings, should ever be the same.

Every project is entirely bespoke, designed from a blank page and shaped around the couple’s identity, values, and vision. We do not follow formulas or replicate previous events. Each celebration is conceived as a one-of-a-kind creation.

Founder and Owner

Alessandra Marchetti

After graduating in Public Relations and Communication in 2006, and completing a Master’s in Business Planning along with a second degree in Graphic Design, Alessandra spent six years working in Real Estate and the Events industry before deciding to invest in herself and start her own venture.

Tuscany was the first area she worked in, but year after year, her desire of growing the business, brought her to discover new incredible Italian’s regions where to plan breathtaking weddings.

Her keen eye for detail, love for styling and design, and strong managerial spirit transformed what began as a one-woman project into a professional Luxury Destination Wedding company, now composed of five talented women and their dedicated assistants.

Personally in love with elegance combined with innovation, she believes that every wedding needs to perfectly fit the couple as the best tailor made dress: all the details that make every wedding unique are personally chosen by her and the team, carefully listening to the couple’s needs.

Senior Planner

Giulia Lodi Rizzini

A passionate explorer of the world, Giulia embraces travel in all its forms, drawing inspiration from diverse cultures and experiences. Organization is woven into her DNA, and she believes every detail matters; each element must be thoughtfully planned and executed to perfection.

After earning her degree in Public Relations and Business Communication in 2015, Giulia began her career in Luxury weddings at a prestigious Lake Como venue. She joined CheChic! in 2019, dedicating herself fully to the art of planning and bringing her creative vision to life. Giulia thrives on transforming ideas into unforgettable celebrations, ensuring each wedding reflects the couple’s personality and story.

Wedding Planner and Concierge Manager

Michela Redaelli

Michela began her career in accounting and then spent five years organizing corporate events and medical congresses, cultivating her love for meticulous planning and attention to detail. She transitioned into weddings to combine her organizational skills with creativity and a passion for romance.

At CheChic!, Michela manages both planning and concierge services, ensuring couples and their guests enjoy a seamless, elevated experience. Her dedication and thoughtful approach allow every detail to be perfectly executed, from arrival to departure, creating memorable, stress-free celebrations.

Art Director

Elisa Zammarchi

Elisa studied Theatrical Scenography, specializing in photorealistic sketches and 3D rendering. She began her career designing installations for theater and large-scale events, later bringing her expertise to the world of weddings.

Her passion for wedding design ignited after her own wedding in 2020, and she joined CheChic! the following year. Elisa’s creativity knows no bounds, and she constantly explores new ways to craft extraordinary, immersive celebrations that reflect each couple’s story with sophistication, originality, and elegance.

Valeria Giusti

Valeria holds a degree in Digital Marketing and Communication and trained at Polimoda, where she honed her creativity and client-focused approach. Fascinated by weddings from a young age, she naturally gravitated toward meticulous planning and seamless execution.

At CheChic!, Valeria supports the team in orchestrating every detail with precision, ensuring that each wedding is both flawless and deeply personal. Her collaborative spirit and empathy allow her to guide couples with confidence, helping to create unforgettable moments throughout their wedding journey.
